Vous pouvez recevoir des appels entrants, lancer des appels sortants et ajouter des activit\u00e9s de suivi \u00e0 partir de Zoho.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recevoir des appels<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Lorsque vous recevez des appels, Zoho CRM extrait les d\u00e9tails du client appelant et affiche les d\u00e9tails \u00e0 partir de la vue de la fiche de contact de l&rsquo;enregistrement.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Options<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><b>Carte de visite Afficher les d\u00e9tails<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Jetez un coup d&rsquo;\u0153il rapide aux d\u00e9tails essentiels extraits de la vue Carte de visite de l&rsquo;enregistrement.
